Tacky Board
Tacky boards are boards coated with a low tack adhesive on one side. They are ideal for the shipping and handling of springs and other small components. These sticky boards prevent movement and tangling of springs. Furthermore, they offer easy handling and quick access springs in bulk. Pres-On offers two options for tack boards: a low tack chipboard and medium tack tackboard.

Pres-On offers two types of tacky boards; Tackboards and Chipboards. The Pres-On Tackboard is a single coated S.B.S. board with a medium weight tack adhesive on one-side. The medium adhesive holds small to medium size parts in place during shipping and handling. Ideal for shipping and handling of springs, as well as any lightweight part. The medium tack adhesive is also known as high tack adhesive to the spring industry. It is designed for easy removal without residue. Other applications have included, mounting small parts for painting.
The Pres-On Chipboard is a single coated chip board with light weight tack adhesives on one-side. The lightweight adhesive holds small items in place during shipping and handling. Ideal for shipping and handling of springs, as well as any lightweight part. The light tack adhesive is designed for easy removal without residue. Other applications have included, mounting small parts for painting.
